At Dwellings, we bridge the gap between architectural drawings and the unique list of materials and details a contractor needs to make the vision of your truly 'custom' home come to life. 

Our selections are based on the proportions, light, flow, and functionality of each space, as well as a client’s preferences for characteristics such as durability or a specific feel. 

Based on years of experience, our recommendations draw upon a well curated collection of sources, and often provide opportunities to incorporate custom materials and one-of-a-kind finds.

OUR STUDIO

Our studio warehouse is an inspirational, yet practical 'roll up your sleeves' kind of place with plenty of room for exchanging creative ideas and collaborating with homeowners and trade professionals. It's a one-stop-shop for selecting all of the elective materials and finishes necessary for designing a custom home. 

Our sample library includes lines and products we've been collecting for decades and includes both tried and true favorites, and the industry's latest introductions.  As a result, the palettes we assemble often include a soulful mix of  'ordinary' and 'extra-ordinary' materials. We're a stocking dealer for several known and relatively unknown brands, so clients benefit from favorable pricing and unique options they might not find elsewhere.
