We can help our clients with the selection of a contractor and have a proven system for obtaining and comparing proposals.
Our detailed bid packages help a Builder obtain, compare, and evaluate bids for labor.
THE HANDBOOK
We prepare and maintain a handbook for each project that includes plans, elevations, schedules, and finish installation specifications. The binder is maintained electronically and is used along with the working plans by contractors and sub-contractors as a specific detailed reference for implementing the plan.
PURCHASING/PROCUREMENT/EXPEDITING
After obtaining sometimes multiple estimates, we’ll place orders, receive goods at our warehouse, check for quality, and arrange for delivery to the site.
IMPLEMENTATION/INSTALLATION
Our goal is to guide the implementation of the design plan and to relay information between the owner, vendors, contractor and sub-contractors.
FIELD COORDINATION AND ON-SITE CONTRACTOR SUPPORT
While underway, every job has unexpected situations when either a decision needs to be made or an issue needs to be addressed. We serve as our client’s representative on site; troubleshooting and decision making if necessary. We serve as a contractor’s second set of eyes to make sure the plan is implemented as intended and details aren’t overlooked. We point out areas that may need to be addressed, and do our best to ensure the quality of workmanship meets our client’s expectations. We aim to resolve deficiencies with a solution-oriented approach and take pride in frequently thinking of ways to make the “impossible” possible.
CLIENT ADVOCATE & LIAISON
From concept to completion, and even thereafter, we are our client's advocate and project liaison; keeping their best interests top of mind in all communications, and relieving them of much of the time and energy that would otherwise be required.
