GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Before jumping into the design process, we like to get to know how you live; your entertaining style, likes, dislikes, and your wish and must-have lists. We'll ask how you want your home to look and feel, and will include some less-common questions to provide opportunities you may not have thought of.

Together we’ll evaluate each area and review any idea photos you’ve collected.

We’ll share our expectations of each other, and we’ll talk about your budget.

Here, the overall vision and design direction of your new home will start to take shape.

Next, to further define our responsibilities, and to make sure we understand your expectations, we'll create a customized scope of work and a detailed plan of action.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Our first step of the Design Process is to prepare a preliminary conceptual layout for the project. We take the information we learned from you, add complementary ideas or suggestions, and then meet with you again to make sure our vision is aligned with yours.

SPACE PLANNING AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

With the opportunities and constraints of your property in mind, we'll thoughtfully allocate space to best achieve your vision and priorities.

In this phase, the overall layout and location of each space is clearly defined.

ELEVATIONS & FINISH DETAILS

From the overall layout we'll create elevations with specific details for millwork, lighting, plumbing, hardware, stone, tile, and hardware. Included in this phase is interior and exterior architectural detailing, a lighting plan, material, fixture, and finish specifications, and all finish schedules. When it comes to meticulous details, this is one place we believe that "more" is definitely more!

We offer a cohesive design from interior to exterior

with hardscape and pool design, and landscape review and detailing services.
